BSP thread form stands for British Standard Pipe and is common in commonwealth countries. It is based on trade size rather than actual diameter which can lead to some confusion when measuring ports.

There are two types of BSP threads;
– BSPP – Female & male thread are both (also known as G)
– BSPT – Female thread is parallel and the male thread is tapered (also know as R/Rp) (the female thread can also be tapered it is then Rc, these are fairly rare to find). Within BSPT it is also common to call the female thread BSPP (parallel) and the male BSPT (tapered) even though they are both technically a BSPT thread form (the female would be parallel and the male would be tapered).

Both threads have the same pitch, angle (55 degrees) and shape (rounded peaks and valleys).

This allows you to return anything you have bought from KAF within 30 days of the purchase date, for either a full refund or an exchange with a valid receipt or delivery note.
To be eligible for a No Quibble Return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Must be initiated by the buyer within 30 days upon receipt.
We do keep an eye on returns within this timeframe. If customers are found to be abusing the generosity of our guarantee, we reserve the right to refuse further returns from them.
If you would like to return your product(s) for repair / replacement / refund, please kindly contact us quoting your order/invoice number. Your returned product(s) will not be processed without a reference number.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kaf.sales@kaf.ltd and send your item back to us, using the returns label on your packing note.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
We strive to faithfully reproduce images of the items we sell, however, manufacturers constantly update and improve the design and specification of products and it is not always possible to update product images as quickly as the lines change.
The item you receive will be of equal quality and value to that shown in the listing.
