WHAT IS ISO 15984?
Metric ISO 15984 Open End Blind Rivets with Break Pull Mandrel and Flat Countersunk Head (also known as flat head break stem rivets) are tubular rivets with an integrated mandrel through the center. The rivet is inserted through a drilled hole in the parts to be fastened until the flat countersunk head lies flush with the surface. A specialised tool is used to pull the mandrel back through the body of the rivet while holding the rivet in place. As the mandrel is pulled through the body it caused the blind end to deform outward until the mandrel snaps leaving a tightly riveted joint and the head of the rivet lying flush with the surface.

This allows you to return anything you have bought from KAF within 30 days of the purchase date, for either a full refund or an exchange with a valid receipt or delivery note.
To be eligible for a No Quibble Return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Must be initiated by the buyer within 30 days upon receipt.
We do keep an eye on returns within this timeframe. If customers are found to be abusing the generosity of our guarantee, we reserve the right to refuse further returns from them.
If you would like to return your product(s) for repair / replacement / refund, please kindly contact us quoting your order/invoice number. Your returned product(s) will not be processed without a reference number.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kaf.sales@kaf.ltd and send your item back to us, using the returns label on your packing note.
