  • Please note: postage and packing costs shown are for standard mainland UK areas only.

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for any loss in transit if a wrong address is provided.

 

 

 

NO QUIBBLE RETRUNS

  • We are proud to offer all our customers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee!
  • This allows you to return anything you have bought from KAF within 30 days of the purchase date, for either a full refund or an exchange with a valid receipt or delivery note.
  • To be eligible for a No Quibble Return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Must be initiated by the buyer within 30 days upon receipt.
  • We do keep an eye on returns within this timeframe. If customers are found to be abusing the generosity of our guarantee, we reserve the right to refuse further returns from them.
  • If you would like to return your product(s) for repair / replacement / refund, please kindly contact us quoting your order/invoice number. Your returned product(s) will not be processed without a reference number.
  • Buyers pays for the returns postage

This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kaf.sales@kaf.ltd and send your item back to us, using the returns label on your packing note.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
  • We strive to faithfully reproduce images of the items we sell, however, manufacturers constantly update and improve the design and specification of products and it is not always possible to update product images as quickly as the lines change.
  • The item you receive will be of equal quality and value to that shown in the listing.
  • In the case of listings where we have indicated that the colour of the item may differ from the colour represented in the listing pictures, please be assured that quality will not be compromised and that the item will be identical to the product displayed in every detail apart from the colour.

  • If buying from overseas please note all import duties and taxes are to be paid buy the buyer.
  • If the items are rejected by the buyer then the original postage will be deducted from any refund.
